Our story
Garcia’s Homestead Bakery started the way most good things do: in a home kitchen, with a sourdough starter, a flock of hens and neighbors who kept asking for another loaf.
Today we bake small batches of bread, cookies and pies right here in McMinnville, TN, and share them with our community through the farm stand. Simple ingredients, real fermentation and a whole lot of heart.
